These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of grangerfabco.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Julien Granger. This Site is an ecommerce website. By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Shipping Policy

​​

Free shipping:

• For Quebec customers; Orders over $200.00

• Customers from the rest of Canada; Orders over $400.00

• 50 lbs. weight limit per order.

• via our standard shipping method. Some restrictions may apply.​

• Most items are shipped via Purolator.​

• We usually have most of the abrasives and accesories in stock. Once processed, depending on the size of the shipment and the shipping schedules, items that are in stock will usually leave in 1 to 3 days.

• If you desire, contact us to arrange your own shipping method. It is possible to pick up your order at our headquarter in Saint-Élie-de-Caxton, Qc G0X2N0. Select this option during checkout process only if previously agreed.

Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

 

Claims

​

Claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Granger Fab. Co. is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost by motor freight carriers. If the shipment is damaged or short one or more packages, please        

call your local courier office immediately, and advise us so that we can reship and place a claim. Please keep damaged goods and containers until the claim is closed.

Return & Exchange Policy

 All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order and arrive prepaid in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and sellable.Contact us to request a Return Goods Authorization. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused. Returns due to customer error are subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge. Granger Fab. Co. reserves the right to deny a return. The customer is responsible for shipping fees.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Granger Fab. Co. and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide.

You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Guarantees

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. This applies to products made by Granger Fab. Co.
Granger Fab. Co. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of Liability
